STEP 2

Visit Job Boards - Many job boards are integrated so you may see the same job advert on more than one job site.

A job site or job board is a website set up to allow Employers and Recruiters to post their job adverts and display them to Job seekers.

Some job boards are 'Aggregator' sites - which means they search the internet for jobs and display them on their own site. They will then offer a 'click through' to the original hosting job site.

Here is a list of some of the top UK job sites that we would recommend taking a look at:

Careerjet, Workcircle, Indeed, UKStaffSearch, Adview, Reed, Monster

We would recommend visiting as many job boards as you can an upload your CV.

STEP 3:

Specialist Job sites.
There are also quite a number of specialist job sites now available.
These maybe Industry Specific, location Specific or offer Job Seekers a different way of finding a new job.

CV-Library is different because they encourage their job seekers to upload their CV to their site so that Employers and Recruiters can find top quality candidates for their jobs BEFORE they spend money to advertise their jobs.

Putting it simply, if your CV isn't on CV-Library then you could be missing out.
